Choreographed Anthropomorphology
Critical study of robotic performance

This project explores the communicative qualities of movement produced by robotic technologies and speculates upon future uses for synthetic temperaments within autonomous agents.

Emotional expression through movement is reduced to its most abstract and basic elements. The concepts of attraction and repulsion are transformed into a complex sequence of movements through the application of sophisticated, playful, intimidating, curious and often unpredictable synthetic temperaments.
